Performance FAQs

Can I set a limit for maximum following?

Yes. You have two options for limiting following:

1. By ratio. For example, if you want 20% following-to-follower ratio and you have 10,000 followers, your following will not go above 2000.

2. By a fixed limit. You can specifically limit your following to, say, 2000 accounts.

Please note that setting low limits will slow down your growth.

We run unfollowing campaigns every 2-3 weeks to ensure a desirable follower-to-following ratio. If you wish to further decrease your following, please let us know and we will perform an unfollowing campaign for you. During this time, we will not interact with any new users.

How do I reduce the number of accounts that I follow?

We run unfollowing campaigns every 2-3 weeks to ensure a desirable follower-to-following ratio. If you wish to further decrease your following, please let us know and we will perform an unfollowing campaign for you. During this time, we will not interact with any new users.

I would rather have more followers than people I follow. How can this be achieved?

Our subscription service includes an unfollowing campaign that occurs every 2-3 weeks. We do this to help you achieve a good follower-to-following ratio, remove irrelevant accounts and unfollow accounts that are not interested in following you back. However, in the initial stages of our service, we recommend that your following be higher than your followers to aid growth. Once your account has reached a 5K- 6K following, we can begin adjusting your ratio. Remember to add accounts to your whitelist if you never intend on unfollowing them.

On average, how many followers will I gain per month?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a fixed amount of followers that you will gain in a month, as it depends on many external factors such as the type and quality of the product/service you are selling, content management, frequency of posts and target market niche.

Why am I receiving direct messages from my followers?

We do not have control over the actions that your followers take. If you are receiving unwanted interactions, follow this link to learn how to block users.

Why is my account growth inconsistent?

Your account may have inconsistent growth due to one of the following reasons below:

1. We may have trouble accessing your account. We are unable to perform work on your account if we do not have access to your most updated credentials. If you change your username or password, please inform us immediately.

2. Your target audience may be too narrow. If you feel as if this may be the issue, please contact us and we will assist you in broadening your target audience.

3. We may be performing an unfollowing campaign. We run an unfollowing campaign every 2-3 weeks to reduce the number of accounts you follow. When this happens, your follower increase rate will be affected and may cause slowed growth for 3-6 days.

4. We may have finished targeting all users within your target. Consider further accessing accounts in other locations, demographics and competitor profiles.

Why is my account growth slow?

Your account could be growing slowly due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. Your account is less than 3 months old. Due to the nature of Social Media Accounts, the activity that we will perform will be lower than more established accounts.

2. Your target may be too narrow. If you feel as if this may be the issue, please contact us and we will assist you in broadening your target.

3. The initial targeting you requested may not be the best fit for your account. Please contact us to change your targeting.

4. We may be performing an unfollowing campaign. We run an unfollowing campaign every 1-2 weeks to reduce the number of accounts you follow. When this happens, your follower increase rate will be affected and may cause slowed growth for 3-6 days.

5. The photos on your account may not resonate with your target market. This may cause them to respond poorly to your feed.

6. Not enough activity is being performed. Consider purchasing a higher plan.

Why is the engagement so low on my account?

Your account may have low engagement due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. The photos on your account may not resonate with your target market. This may cause them to respond poorly to your feed.

2. Your captions may lack a solid call to action. Low engagement may occur if your photos are of high quality, but your captions lack the ability to encourage followers to engage with your content.

3. The initial targeting you requested may not be the best fit for your account. Please contact us to change your targeting.

4. Your account may have attracted a large number of low-engaging followers. If your account shows a large following but low engagement, your exposure will be affected. You may consider removing followers. If you wish to do so in bulk, please kindly contact our Customer Happiness team.

5. If you are interested specifically in increasing engagement, we have a plan that is tailored to engagement through prolonged interaction with your target. Please contact our Customer Happiness team for further details.

Will I see an increase in the number of accounts I follow?

Yes. You will see an initial increase in your followings during the course of our service. Throughout the subscription, we will perform unfollowing campaigns to maintain your follower-to-following ratio.

Will we interact with my existing followers?

Yes. We have a plan that includes engagement with existing followers.
